Kuwait eVisa Validity and Duration

Kuwait eVisa Validity and Stay Duration Explained

Validity shows when you can enter Kuwait, and stay duration shows how long you can stay.

Period of Validity: 30 Days from the date of eVisa issuance for all nationalities.
Number of Entries: Single Entry
Stay Duration: Permitted stay of up to 30 days after arrival

How does a Kuwait eVisa’s Validity and Stay Duration Work?

Here are quick examples to show how each rule works in real life:

  • Before Travelling to Kuwait: If your visa is given on June 1, 2026 and valid for 30 days, you must enter Kuwait by June 30, 2026.
  • After Arriving in Kuwait: If you land on June 10, 2026 with a 1-month stay limit, your stay begins June 10, 2026 and ends July 9, 2026.
  • Using the Correct Passport: If you applied using Passport A, bring Passport A. You cannot travel using Passport B instead.
  • When the eVisa Becomes Invalid: Your visa expires if you already used it once to enter Kuwait, waited over 30 days to travel, or renewed your passport.

Before the Kuwait eVisa expires, confirm with immigration services whether you are eligible to extend it. If you are unable to do so, leave Kuwait and then reapply for a new eVisa.
